AI-SMART 2025: AI for a Smarter Tomorrow
September 25–26, 2025 | University of Belgrade, Serbia
In-person, Online, and Virtually
Artificial intelligence is no longer a concept of the future—it is a reality shaping how we work, learn, govern, and care for our environment. As AI technologies become increasingly integrated into decision-making and operations across sectors, we are confronted with new questions: How can we ensure that these technologies serve the broader interests of society? What role does AI play in advancing sustainable development, inclusive growth, and social well-being?
AI-SMART 2025 offers an interdisciplinary platform for exploring the applications of artificial intelligence in social sciences, applied sciences, information technology, agriculture engineering, environmental studies, law, education, and research. This conference aims to connect diverse academic and professional communities to reflect on the transformative potential of AI—not just to improve efficiency, but to create more equitable, sustainable, and intelligent futures.
Our slogan, “AI for a Smarter Tomorrow,” encapsulates this vision: using technology not as an end in itself, but as a tool for meaningful impact. From smarter governance and ethical business models to precision farming, environmental sustainability, and data-driven policy, AI holds promise for solving complex challenges—if applied thoughtfully and inclusively.
We invite scholars, researchers, and professionals from all disciplines to share their insights, frameworks, and innovations. Together, we will examine how AI can be harnessed to elevate human potential, deepen understanding across domains, and shape more resilient, adaptive, and human-centered systems.
Join us in Belgrade, a city of academic tradition and technological advancement, for a global exchange of ideas that aims not only to study AI—but to shape how it serves our collective future.
